Our internal systems enable clients to streamline their work processes through our scheduling and planning section. Our friendly staff members collect job details and promptly add them to the engineer’s electronic mobile diary, which can be accessed in real-time while they are in the field.
Our skilled engineers capture images of all completed works, obtain signatures from customers and/or occupants, and follow precise completion checks while still at the property. These processes are facilitated through our customised job template systems. All works undergo inspection by our head office staff, allowing us to track job progress and keep clients informed about completion, delays, additional material requirements, or any general issues.
We collaborate closely with clients to develop personalised site forms, including Quality Assessments, Health and Safety documents, and Job Completion Reports. These documents are created on-site by the engineer and transmitted to the office in PDF format. While we can share these documents via email, they are typically uploaded to our ‘Partner Document Store’ for convenient access.
Our ‘Partner Document Portal’ provides clients with a seamless way to access site documents and handover certificates. Embracing a paperless approach is just one of the measures we take to reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, this system has proven to enhance our clients’ staff productivity by eliminating the need to search for or chase documents within internal email trails.

- Specialises in high-volume domestic public sector works with a strong focus on quality and health & safety.
- Employs fully trained staff with relevant ESCS or CSCS cards.
- Provides QA sign-off reports to clients prior to property handover or routine inspections.
- Specialises in economy 7 storage heaters and works closely with Dimplex as an Approved Installer Partner.
- Employs 2391 qualified test engineers and offers EICR services to main clients, letting agents, and private landlords.
- Directly employs all staff, who attend sites in full uniform using company vehicles with e7 branding.
Non-Slip Flooring
Commercial Flooring (7 Group) Limited
- Specialises in Polyflor non-slip vinyl installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas with the option of a cap & cove finish.
- Offers floor preparation works, including ply over-boarding and self-levelling compound, to ensure a seamless finish.
- Employs fully trained staff with relevant CSCS cards.
- Provides installation of heavy-duty stair treads as part of the overall service.
- Employs all staff directly, who attend sites in full uniform using company vehicles with Commercial Flooring branding.

Core Drilling Services (7 Group) Limited
- Works closely with other divisions to schedule core hole installations and minimise disruptions to walls and decor.
- Offers a cutting service in collaboration with the electrical section, utilising diamond blade chasing and extraction systems to reduce rubble and dust.
- Employs fully trained staff with relevant CSCS cards.
- Staff members attend sites in full uniform using company vehicles with Core Drilling Services branding.
Double Pole Isolation
E7 Electrical Services (7 Group) Limited
We are currently in the process of seeking accreditation to install Double Pole Isolators in domestic properties for e7 Electrical Services Limited.
This service will be provided to our clients as part of their electrical refurbishment projects. When replacing a consumer unit and there is no safe method of isolation, we will install the Double Pole Isolator as part of the installation process.
All isolations will be performed by fully trained and qualified individuals. Our staff members are directly employed by us and will arrive at the property in a company vehicle with full signage.
Once we receive accreditation, we will update this section and inform our clients about the new services we can offer.
Renewables

We are currently undergoing the accreditation process to enable us to perform Solar PV, battery storage, and Electric Car Charging installations.
For these installations, our team of fully qualified electricians from our electrical division will handle the electrical aspects of the work. To ensure safe access to the roof, we will engage an accredited scaffolding sub-contractor.

Although this section is not currently operational, it has been established with the aim of becoming our internal supply outlet, offering materials, products, and equipment to our subsidiary companies.
